Institutional Effectiveness

Institutional Effectiveness sustains the mission of the college through continuous study and analysis of institutional data which supports decisions regarding admissions, enrollment, student success, financial aid, institutional planning, budgeting, human resource planning, student learning and process improvement.

IE also manages the college data warehouse which serves as the institutional database of record, prepares and coordinates internal and external statistical reporting, and conducts institution-wide studies on satisfaction, engagement, and student success.

Fact Books

The Fact Book is created annually in the fall semester and covers student profile data, faculty and staff demographics, retention and graduation data, and financial information. Full Fact Books from the past five years can be viewed below.

Surveys

Throughout the year Institutional Effectiveness conducts various studies and surveys. Survey results include the Alumni Survey, the annual Graduating Student Survey, and the UCLA First Year Experience Survey.
