Stress and Anxiety Management

It is to be expected that all of us—faculty, students, and staff—will experience elevated levels of fear, anxiety, and stress as we address the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on our day to day lives. Different people will react differently. Our individual responses may shift over time.  

In addition to providing resources and support to help instructors move their courses from face-to remote learning experiences, we wanted to offer some resources and strategies to assist you and your students in dealing with the uncertainty that we collectively face.  

In consultation with our faculty who have expertise in this larger area, we have curated two resource collections. One we think may be particularly useful for faculty and staff.
