Pegeen Quinn is the associate provost for Academic Personnel at Columbia College Chicago. In this role, Quinn administers policies, procedures, and systems governing full- and part-time faculty personnel issues, including hiring and appointment, evaluation, salary increases, promotion, and tenure reviews.

Quinn joined Columbia in 2005 before being appointed to associate provost in 2015. She has held many roles at the college in Academic Affairs, both in the Office of the Provost and the Office of the President. A former part-time faculty member, Quinn has taught Development and Pre-Production (Film and Video), Production II (Film and Video) and First-Year Seminar. Prior to coming to Columbia, Quinn held positions in the College of Communications and the Office of the Provost at Boston University. Quinn currently serves on the Board of Specified Jurisdiction at St. Mary of the Angels School (PreK-8) in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago.

Quinn received an MFA in Film Production from Boston University, and a BA in Communications and English from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
